RCS PROGETTI S.R.L. is an engineering company founded in 2023, active in the Civil Engineering sector and in the Real Estate sector, by sharing the educational and professional experiences gained by the founding members, Ing. Salvatore Napoli and Eng. Antonio Moretti, who in recent years have established themselves in Architectural Design, Structural, Geotechnics, Environmental, Infrastructure, Plant engineering for public and private works. RCS PROGETTI S.R.L. positions its headquarters in Bologna, one of the most beautiful cities in Italy, a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore.

RCS PROGETTI S.R.L. was born with the primary aim of satisfying the customer's needs and objectives and creating a dynamic working environment, ensuring reliability and high skills, thanks to the cooperation with a network of supporting professionals and managing multiple activities throughout the national territory.
OUR MISSION
RCS PROGETTI S.R.L. wants to become a point of reference in the field of Engineering and Architecture services and in the field of Real Estate throughout the national territory. The main objective of the Company, through continuous training, professional and technological updating, and the use of advanced software, is to offer a standard of services and products capable of satisfying the customer's needs.
RCS PROGETTI S.R.L. it is equipped with the most modern design programs, process management and computation, which allow us to best carry out the entrusted service within the established times.
Your own operational staff, made up of two permanent professionals as well as additional collaborators and external consultants, guarantees the most innovative solutions in line with recent European standards and current regulations on the matter. Our projects are synonymous with guarantee and are able to satisfy the most varied requests of institutions in the public and private works sector.
The company also offers its structure for verification activities for the purposes of validating projects in the LL.PP sector. and support the RUP in drafting documents, determine, MEPA procedures (or other trading platforms), public notices, forms and anything else necessary to best assist the RUP in his office duties also through framework agreements as regulated by art. 15 comma 6 Legislative Decree 36/2023.
